In line with its ambitious strategy for geographical expansion and the business growth, Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait – Egypt (ABK-Egypt) announced the official opening of its new Branch located in “Madinaty” East Hub Mall, bringing its network to 47 branches nationwide.

The ribbon cutting ceremony held to celebrate the opening was attended by Mr. Ali Marafi, ABK-Egypt’s Chairman, Mr. Khaled El Salawy, CEO and Managing Director, alongside representatives from ABK-Egypt Senior Management team.

The new branch is designed according to the highest standards in the market to guarantee delivering efficient, speedy, and outstanding service to customers. The branch has also been designed to best serve customers with disabilities in line with the Central Bank of Egypt’s (CBE) direction and efforts in promoting Financial Inclusion.

ABK-Egypt’s expansion plan is founded on a deep understanding of customers’ needs and evolving aspirations and focuses on delivering innovative banking products and distinguished services that appeal to various segments of both existing and new customers. Moreover, the Bank continues to set ambitious objectives for 2026 to enhance growth and profitability while maintaining governance standards and applying best banking practices. Notably, ABK-Egypt has recently launched its new Online Banking & Mobile Application serving both individual and corporate clients. The new platforms deliver a seamless and secure digital experience to customers with newly added features. Additionally, ABK-Egypt has successfully integrated the security token (Token) into its Mobile Banking application, becoming the first Bank in Egyptian market to offer this advanced feature.
