- To qualify for the cashback, you need to:
- Complete a minimum of 5 eligible transactions during the campaign period.
- Achieve the minimum total spend and minimum transaction value required according to your card type as shown in the below table.
- Cashback amount is capped based on your card type as shown in the below table:

• For customers holding more than one eligible active ABK-Egypt Credit Card, cashback will be granted once, based on the highest used eligible card during the campaign period.
• Cashback will not exceed 10% of the card’s credit limit.
• Eligible cards must not be past due at the time of cashback credit.
• ABK-Egypt may request payment receipts or supporting documents to validate the eligibility of transactions at any time.
• Transactions made with supplementary cards are credited to the primary card.
• If the cardholder does not receive the cashback, they may contact the Bank’s call center at 19322 to submit a request. The request will be reviewed, and if the customer is eligible, the cashback amount will be credited to their account. Please note that the last day for submitting cashback requests related to this campaign is March 15th, 2026.
• ABK-Egypt reserves the right to determine eligibility based on the information available at the time of cashback credit. The bank’s decision in this regard will be final.
• ABK-Egypt reserves the right to amend the offer terms and conditions at any time during the campaign and will notify customers through available communication channels.
