How to register to ABK-Egypt Online Banking:

From now and till September 2020, all ABK-Egypt customers can register to Online Banking services & Mobile Banking App without the need to sign any terms and conditions in the branch. Please follow the simple steps below to register. 

• Visit www.abkegypt.com and on the Home page select Individuals Login
• On the Online Banking login page select Register here
• Review the Online Banking Terms & Conditions and click on Agree
• Enter the Debit/Credit Card Number, Card PIN & the verification characters & click on Register
• You will receive a One-Time-Password by SMS on your Bank-registered mobile
•  Please enter it in the OTP field and then click on Continue
• Select an image and set a Site Key Phrase & click on Accept
• Choose 3 Security Questions and set their answers & click on Accept
• Follow the guidelines and create your User ID & Password, then click on Accept
• Now you are successfully registered! Click on Login to begin your Online Banking service with ABK-Egypt.

How to register to ABK-Egypt Mobile Banking:

• Download & install the app on your mobile device from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• Open the app & select Register
• Review & accept the Terms & Conditions and click on Agree
• Enter the Debit/Credit Card Number & Card PIN & click on Continue
• You will receive a One-Time-Password by SMS on your Bank-registered mobile
• Please enter it in the OTP field and then click on Continue
• Choose 3 Security Questions and set their answers & click on Continue
• Follow the guidelines and create your User ID & Password, then click on Submit
• Now you are successfully registered! Click on Login to begin your Mobile Banking service with ABK-Egypt

How to register to ABK-Egypt Wallet:

How to register to ABK-Egypt Wallet through SMS ( For ABK -Egypt Existing Customers) :  

• Send SMS with your National ID to 1493
  • Send SMS with your national ID preceded by # from your registered mobile number at the bank to 1493
• Wait for an SMS from ABK-Egypt with the download URL and activation code
• Download the App through Apple store or Google Play store
• Enter activation code and set your own Mobile Pin (M-PIN)
• Contact 19322 to link your debit/credit card to your wallet

Terms and conditions:

• The national ID must be valid
• If the customer receives a rejection SMS, it is due to one of the below reasons:
  • Another mobile wallet is registered to your mobile number
  • The mobile number is not registered to your National ID at the telecommunication company's side
  • Three mobile wallets are registered to your National ID
