• The Bank reserves the right to exclude any transactions deemed commercial in nature or resulting from misuse of the card.
• For customers holding more than one eligible active ABK-Egypt Credit Card, cashback will be granted once, based on the highest used eligible card during the campaign period.
• Cashback will not exceed 10% of the card’s credit limit.
• Eligible cards must not be past due at the time of cashback credit.
• Transactions made using supplementary cards will be credited to the primary card.
• If the cardholder does not receive the cashback, they may contact the Bank’s call center at 19322 to submit a request. The request will be reviewed, and if the customer is eligible, the cashback amount will be credited to their account. Please note that the last day for submitting cashback requests related to Eid campaign is May 15th, 2026.
• ABK-Egypt reserves the right to determine eligibility based on the information available at the time of cashback credit. The bank’s decision in this regard will be final.
• ABK-Egypt reserves the right to amend the offer terms and conditions at any time during the campaign and will notify customers through the available communication channels.
