These terms and conditions apply to the use of the chatbot service provided by Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait - Egypt. By using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Service Description

The Service allows customers to interact with the Bank through the chatbot messaging platform to inquire about the Bank’s products and services.

Service Availability

The Service is available 24/7, subject to occasional maintenance and service outage. The Bank will notify customers of any scheduled maintenance that may affect the availability of the Service through any of the Banks’ channels.

Security

The Bank is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your data and information. Customers should not share sensitive information such as account numbers, OTP, passwords, or PINs with anyone through the chatbot.

Amendments

The Bank reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions after providing the customer with appropriate notice in a manner determined by the Bank. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through other appropriate channels. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

The Bank may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without prior notice, if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

This virtual assistant is an automated service. Response from ABK-Egypt chatbot is for general reference only and is not intended to be construed in any way as offering any products or services or providing any advice, professional or otherwise. ABK-Egypt chatbot is not a channel for financial transactions or order taking, complaint lodging or direct marketing preference updating, etc. Please refer to other Bank channels for specific actions.

The Bank uses technology like cookies to monitor, analyze, promote, and improve the chatting experience and provided service. ABK-Egypt chatbot may send push notifications to you. If you do not wish to receive push notifications from ABK-Egypt, you can use your phone privacy settings to adjust your preference. 

You are responsible for the security of your electronic equipment, mobile device, security code, and the confidentiality of your information. You acknowledge that anyone with whom you share your electronic equipment, devices, login credentials may be able to see all messages that you have exchanged with the Bank via ABK-Egypt Chatbot, including your conversation history.
